We carry out our planning activity in AUTOCAD system. For the larger projects we use 3D-modelling. We model and visualize the operation We model and visualize the operation of our material handling systems and controls on request. |
We have already established PC-PLC connection and bar-code identification with production control and monitoring systems by several customers.We can manufacture our products with steel or eloxed aluprofile structure, according to the desire of our customers.
We develop our machines in plastic powder painted design in the desired RAL color.We usually carry out our tasks as main contractors .We are in possession of the adequate assets and experts of all the fields ranging from planning to on-site assembly. We occasionally employ subcontractors, due to our load of capacity.From the 90s we have taken part in transfers of complete factories, technologies several times in the recent years, where we disassembled the operating machines, transported them, occasionally modernized them and reinstalled at the new site.
We have transferred technologies to Hungary from Denmark, Austria, Germany, Spain, Italy, etc.. In general our company does the continuous maintenance of the transferred systems. Unfortunately we rather had to take part in dismantling in Hungary lately. We have transferred equipments to Russia, Poland, Turkey, etc..

In 1996 our activity was expended by the production and selling of communal waste containers. In the local market of traditional containers we used to have a significant market share. The demand for the product was decreased by the appearance of the selective collection so now our developments point towards complete waste handling systems. |

Our additional acquisitions and our development directions:
Flex Coop‘s variety of products and capacity increased considerably in 2002 after the acquisition of the plant „Salgótarjáni Acélárugyár ASCON – RECK“. This division with an extensive history has also been involved in the production and assembly of conveyor lines and warehouse framework structures since the 70s.
After the acquisition our company offers the greatest capacity, technical and supplier background in the field of in-plant rail-guided logistic issues, work-site serving and storage equipments production such as the planning, installation, repair and maintenance of complete systems.The two plants have a considerable team of experts, chipping and panel processing, assembling – maintaining, developer and planning capacity, which – on computer network - operates in a common production control system offering the greatest flexibility as possible – as our name suggests.Notable business partners and references in the field of mechanical engineering:

| Foreign country suppliers receive a big role in the production of our products. The main aspects in choosing our suppliers besides the price are the following: proper references, pledge guarantee, the continuity of the quality and the general business reliability. Our bendings are made of LENZE products if the costumer does not prefer any other type , but Bonfiglioli, SEW, Nord, Demag and other types of bending parts can also be found in our systems. |

We use HABASIT, AMMERAL and INTRALOX products in our conveyor belts and plastic conveyors.
The types are chosen by the companies centre specialists in the knowledge of the claim according to the specifications given by us.
We have the necessary equipments to set and to close the conveyor with our heat equipments on site.
We use Interroll or our self-produced rollers in our roller-belts.
We mainly use OMRON an Siemens PLC parts in our controls, but we can adapt to different customer claims (Allen-Bradley, GE, AEG , etc..) and be flexible.

Special roller divisionThe starting of roller (long lifetime rollers under extreme operating conditions) production has been under preparation since 2005. This type of roller, the license of which is acquired by our company has been reliably operating for several years primarily in the mines of South Africa. We intend to act as remarkable suppliers to the mining industry, waste processors and other external or dusty technological firms with our products under the brand name EU-Roller. |

According to the fact that the original products were produced in South Africa - mainly for the local and American mine industry’s needs.- the range of products doesn’t contain the European DIN standard sizes only the coll series. |
The acquired roller types:

We have started the production and trading of the standard types. At the moment we are exporting to Australia, to the USA and to Indonesia from the coll series. Besides the above mentioned standard types we have also developed a new impact roller type with aluminium face, which has became popular in the American and Australian market in a short period of time. |

The next direction of roller developing and product range expanding:There are further demands (mainly from Western European power plants and mining industry) for rollers with bigger diameter, bearing capacity which uses the plastic facing produced by our company. There is no such thing on the market yet, so they use significantly louder steel rollers. Thanks to the restricted regulations of noise emission our partners predict a huge market for our products in case we are able to replace the rollers used nowadays with our successful development. We have started the development of A type (EU-Roller 194/40) and according to our plans the prototypes will be ready till the end of the year. |
Our site development project:
With the development and the planned increase of the roller production the 2 workshop will not be enough for the next year so we have started to develop a new workshop.
We have the licensing plans for the new workshop and we are going to start the building this year. We are planning to finish the project in the first half of 2011. After founding the new workshop the company’s basic activity – producing and installing of material handling machines – will be in better condition, because the new building will also be craned which is accessable for trucks.
This was not manageable in the current place, but the factory is quite suitable for the purpose of producing and installing rollers.

The takeover of FLEX-COOP’s third production centre The URALITA Group decided to dismantle and close the glass-wool factory in Salgótarján in the second half of 2009. Besides taking part in disassembling the equipments and relocating them to the group’s factories in Poland, Slovenia and Turkey, we have purchased the property after the workshops were emptied.The site has excellent energetic capabilities with special workshops, storage capabilities and with office infrastructure, so it will be suitable for launching production in big volume. |
